Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and rehabilitation activities to promote healing and pain management.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, ensuring treatment strategies are data-driven and results-oriented.
• Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for pain relief, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to facilitate continued recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Utilize advanced modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy to enhance treatment outcomes while carefully following established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, including improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Maintain a well-organized treatment area by ensuring that equipment and supplies are available and in excellent working condition at all times.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide emotional support to patients during their rehabilitation process, fostering a nurturing environment to help boost their morale and motivation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, particularly in a rehabilitation facility.

Compensation and Benefits
