Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs and health goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Interact directly with patients to monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and outcomes.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for patients during every interaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to optimize overall patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment techniques and home care strategies to enhance recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute to clinic business objectives, encouraging a culture of excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. This variety allows you to apply different therapeutic techniques and broaden your clinical experience, contributing to comprehensive care that promotes healing and improved functional ability.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification and a commitment to maintaining certifications and licenses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Preferred Experience

Experience in managing diverse patient populations and familiarity with community healthcare resources is preferred. An interest in professional development through continuing education and involvement in local health initiatives will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional and personal well-being.
