Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations and devise detailed treatment and care plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize clinical insights and independent judgment to implement effective treatment approaches, demonstrating adaptability based on each patient's progress.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities, ensuring an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to discuss progress, address concerns, and modify home programs as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
