Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional abilities, utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each patient's specific rehabilitation needs and personal goals.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on effective body mechanics, posture, and preventive strategies to reduce the risk of re-injury.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adapting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for all patients.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records, ensuring documentation of treatment interventions, progress notes, and outcomes is up-to-date and accurate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals recovering from surgeries, chronic pain sufferers, and athletes recovering from sports injuries. We handle a variety of conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, tendonitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance issues. This diverse patient population allows for a rewarding practice where therapists can apply innovative techniques to make meaningful differences in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
• Strong proficiency in employing advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees benefit from:
