Position Overview

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, promoting recovery, and enhancing their physical capabilities. Your expertise will contribute significantly to restoring motion and achieving optimal functionality for each patient, ensuring a high quality of life and a return to their desired activities.

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is a trusted, PT-owned practice located in Hialeah, Florida, specializing in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy. Our facility boasts a state-of-the-art 5,000 square feet sports medicine environment equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic resources. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care tailored to each individual's needs and primarily serve patients with private medical insurance. Our small, supportive team includes two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.

Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Hialeah. As a Physical Therapist, your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that supports both patient recovery and your professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and clearly define patients' goals and needs during the initial evaluation.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused, high-quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored care plans that include a combination of treatment techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluations, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and enhance outcomes.
• Promote wellness and injury prevention by creating customized fitness and wellness programs aligned with individual patient goals.
• Encourage patients to adopt a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and holistic recovery.
• Document treatment provided and patient interactions accurately and timely using EMR systems, particularly WebPT.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment process, building trust and encouraging adherence to rehabilitation protocols.
• Explore alternatives to medication and surgical interventions by providing cost-effective treatment options aimed at improving mobility and function.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services primarily cater to patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patients ranging in age and physical ability, making every day a fulfilling and unique experience.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, with a clean professional record and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols tailored to patients' needs.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software, preferably WebPT, for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a demonstrated track record of success in improving patient outcomes.
• Keen understanding of patient-centered care and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team while also being capable of managing individual patient care autonomously.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $95,000 , commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, continuing education support, and opportunities for career advancement.
