Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern outpatient office, designed to create a welcoming and effective treatment atmosphere for our patients. The work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a work-life balance that promotes both professional satisfaction and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients, addressing their specific goals and needs.
• Manage a balanced patient load, ensuring each individual receives the attention and time necessary for optimal recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and reducing pain.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and state-of-the-art equipment to promote functional recovery.
• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, motivating them to actively engage in their treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Document all services accurately and thoroughly within our EMR system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote wellness by educating patients on exercises, strength training, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Knowledge of various manual therapy techniques and ability to apply them effectively during patient treatments.
• Strong assessment skills and an ability to construct individualized exercise plans based on patient conditions and goals.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within an outpatient clinic providing orthopedic care is preferred.
• Proven ability to create and implement successful rehabilitation programs tailored to diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Active Life PT offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
