Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and evaluations to diagnose injuries, diseases, and disabilities using established physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific goals and objectives tailored to each patient's unique needs and histories, incorporating both subjective and objective evaluations.
• Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols and rehabilitation processes to enhance understanding and compliance.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to patients of various demographics, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout each therapy session.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each patient visit, adhering to regulatory and departmental requirements, while also preparing accurate patient billing when necessary.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to discuss patient's progress, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, ensuring all services provided are of the highest quality and comply with established care standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to keep abreast of the latest practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Fox Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and elderly patients experiencing a wide range of physical impairments, chronic pain, and mobility issues. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
