Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a review of medical history and detailed assessments, to formulate effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, involving them actively in the goal-setting process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in executing evidence-based treatment protocols that adapt to individual patient presentations and evolving healthcare standards.

• Serve as a mentor and clinical instructor for students and new graduates in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Fairview Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
