Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement tailored rehabilitation programs focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care, utilizing techniques that facilitate recovery and address specific patient needs.
• Document patient progress accurately in accordance with legal and organizational policies while meeting minimum utilization goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes using research-driven methodologies.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, home exercises, and ways to enhance recovery.
• Contribute to a positive clinical environment by maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering strong patient relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a wide array of patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions but also specializing in pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapies. This role allows you to address complex physical challenges, guiding patients on their journey towards recovery and empowering them to regain independence and confidence. Our comprehensive approach ensures that every patient receives personalized attention and a treatment plan suited to their unique needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster patient relations.
• Competency in word processing and essential computer skills.
• Commitment to establishing strong therapeutic relationships to help patients exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Prior experience in patient education and community health initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
