Easy Start Therapy, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Miami, Florida. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, offering competitive pay between USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and needs, developing tailored therapy plans for rehabilitation and improvement.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans while making adjustments based on patient progress and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and activities to promote independence and recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes, including working within the regulations and guidelines of the post-acute care setting.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems, ensuring minimal administrative burden.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate care and resources for patients.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and preventative care measures.
• Maintain professional standards, including adherence to the company's code of conduct and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff when necessary, fostering a learning culture within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Candidates with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.
• Current and active physical therapy license in the state of Florida, with a commitment to maintaining an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, with the requirement to keep the certification current.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and the applicable regulations governing home care services.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is essential; proficiency in spine care is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and tools commonly used in both clinic and home care settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, as well as electronic health record systems.
