This position is entirely onsite, requiring the Physical Therapist to travel to patients' homes in Miami. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patient histories, performing specific physical assessments, and proposing evidence-based treatment plans, followed by appropriate documentation.
• Clearly communicate evaluation outcomes and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting achievable rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary, promptly recognizing changes in a patient's condition and modifying care plans to ensure optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily serve patients in home settings, addressing a wide range of conditions from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
