Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans that address each individual's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to optimize functional capabilities and aid in the recovery process.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment to ensure accountability and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of a patient's rehabilitation are addressed.
• Educate and empower patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and prevent re-injury.
• Work actively with the team to relieve pain, enhance function, and promote overall healing and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
