Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities within the facility.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through consistent communication and engagement.
• Master operational clinical systems to ensure thorough documentation, optimal coding practices, charge capture, and compliance on all patient care orders.
• Promote adherence to the Florida State Practice Act and applicable regulations, safeguarding compliance and patient safety.
• Drive patient and client satisfaction metrics by delivering exceptional service and care at every opportunity.
• Consistently apply the guidelines of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and deliver the Perfect PT visit experience.
• Monitor and manage clinical outcomes, addressing any outlier cases in collaboration with fellow therapists.
• Streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling efficiency.
• Implement therapy plans for each patient with an emphasis on early intervention and same-day evaluations.
• Foster a professional and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and focuses on achieving high-quality patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc., you will work with a diverse patient population comprising individuals recovering from surgery, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, and patients with chronic pain or mobility issues. Your hands-on approach will be instrumental in their recovery journeys, employing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic techniques to optimize their health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and tact in all interactions.
• Proven ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and determine solutions employing logical reasoning.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly relating to outpatient therapy, is highly advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding for physical therapy will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year along with a package of benefits designed to support your health and well-being.
