Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities for enhancing patient care.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, employers, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize clinical documentation systems proficiently to ensure accurate record-keeping, optimal coding practices, and timely charge capture, supporting optimal patient care workflows.
• Adhere to the Florida State Practice Act and all relevant regulations governing physical therapy, ensuring compliance in patient treatment and organizational policies.
• Focus on driving patient satisfaction metrics by implementing best practices and enhancing the patient experience during their therapy journey.
• Implement the components outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook, ensuring each patient encounter reflects the Perfect PT visit experience.
• Oversee clinical outcomes for all patient cases, collaborating with staff therapists to address outliers and explore effective treatment pathways.
• Manage and optimize clinical workflows to ensure an efficient patient intake process, referral processing, and scheduling of appointments.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs, prioritizing early intervention and same-day evaluations when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative and professional workplace environment that encourages teamwork, quality improvement, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• An active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding patient care.

Preferred Experience
