The physical therapist will work onsite at our contemporary rehabilitation facility located in Coconut Creek, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients by reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes systematically while adhering to all regulatory requirements, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping that informs ongoing care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Design and implement personalized therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions based on patient-specific needs and goals.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic modalities, self-care practices, and lifestyle modifications that may enhance recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , depending on caseload and prior experience.
