Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing medical history and utilizing assessment tools to determine specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Effectively communicate evaluation outcomes and tailor treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families to incorporate their goals and expectations.
