Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying individual needs and establishing tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols designed to enhance mobility and alleviate pain, employing diverse therapeutic techniques specific to each patient's condition.
• Engage in active communication with patients, their families, and caregivers to educate and train them in exercises and strategies to promote recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall effectiveness of care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and share insights on evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, pediatric conditions, and sports-related injuries. Your ability to establish rapport and trust with patients will be crucial, as you guide them through their rehabilitation journeys while helping them exceed their personalized functional goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Active state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient computer and word processing skills to maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience
