Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans that focus on specific functional limitations.
• Interact compassionately with patients across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, exemplifying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, reassessing as needed to ensure progress and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately, including evaluations, treatment provided, and discharge plans, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to facilitate a cohesive continuum of care.

• Keep current with industry trends and best practices through participation in staff meetings, continuing education programs, and self-directed study.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Honor Physical Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, including elderly individuals, those recovering from surgery, and patients with chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• State license to practice Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience in a clinical setting, candidates with a demonstrated history of working in home care and a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
