Work Environment

This full-time position operates in a home care environment, allowing physical therapists to deliver treatment directly within patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide training and education to patients, their families, and caregivers on effective physical therapy techniques and usage of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer collaboration to stay updated in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
