Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing evidence-based assessments to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that strategically address each patient's unique rehabilitation goals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Utilize a range of hands-on therapies, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, to effectively facilitate patient recovery.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients, providing updates on progress, discussing home exercise programs, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system to maintain a clear and accurate history of treatment and progress.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and preventive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, elderly individuals, and post-operative clients, each requiring personalized rehabilitation approaches. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong capacity to build rapport with patients.
• You should demonstrate problem-solving ability and a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
