Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations integrating patient history, specific assessments, and a thorough analysis to determine unique treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal setting and care processes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes and adapt to the evolving dynamics of the healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Perform meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries, thereby ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage your schedule efficiently to meet productivity expectations while attending meetings and participating in community outreach initiatives.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts within the department that aim to enhance patient care and organizational performance.
• Actively pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance personal competencies and share knowledge with the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus primarily on adult patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical needs, and chronic pain issues. Our clinic serves a diverse demographic and emphasizes personalized, patient-centric approaches to facilitate effective recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist in an outpatient or similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits
