Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations by reviewing patient histories, conducting assessments, and documenting findings to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives clearly with patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting to improve motivation and outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols while adapting techniques based on ongoing patient assessment and changing healthcare dynamics.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address changes in patient condition, ensuring timely modifications to care plans and coordination of rehabilitation efforts.
• Manage discharge planning, providing detailed follow-up care instructions and ensuring that all documentation aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate effective time management by meeting productivity targets while maintaining punctuality for patient appointments and team meetings.
• Engage in marketing initiatives that enhance community awareness of our services and foster relationships with local healthcare providers.
• Participate in department initiatives to achieve strategic goals and adhere to compliance standards set forth by governing bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient demographic, from children to elderly individuals, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches to address various injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with patients recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, or debilitating diseases, significantly impacting their journey to regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be given preference.
• Valid Florida physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure is essential.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association is required.
• Commitment to maintaining professional growth and engaging in ongoing education.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of prior experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred, with a focus on outpatient care.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse caseload effectively is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
