Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, including assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and the latest research in physical therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide treatment for a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric cases, and sports-related issues.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive health measures, fostering understanding and compliance with therapeutic recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient care and comprehensive rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all patients feel supported and valued during their treatment journey.
• Contribute to the clinic's operational goals by meeting minimum utilization standards and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Allied Care Solution, you will serve a diverse patient demographic, addressing a variety of conditions that impact physical mobility and quality of life. You will have the opportunity to work closely with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries and injuries, children with developmental delays, as well as adults facing neurological challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to establish rapport and build meaningful relationships with patients, motivating them towards achieving their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist.
• Experience with outpatient therapy settings and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Prior experience in a specialized setting, such as pediatrics, sports medicine, or neurology, is highly desirable.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
