Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions with a special focus on orthopedic and spine-related issues.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Maintain professional integrity by complying with company policies and completing necessary training, including the Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately to help inform ongoing rehabilitation strategies.
• Demonstrate appropriate body mechanics during therapy sessions to promote safety and reduce injury risk.
• Stay up to date with state laws, regulations, and best practices governing physical therapy services.
• Engage in community health initiatives to promote wellness and the value of physical therapy in rehabilitation.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and participate in continued education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of orthopedic conditions, especially those recovering from spine surgery and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will involve providing compassionate and individualized care aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and enhancing the quality of life for your patients.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, holding a Bachelor's Degree (BSPT), Master's Degree (MSPT), or Doctorate (DPT), with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida, with the necessary certifications in good standing throughout employment.
• Current CPR certification, to be maintained while employed.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient orthopedics, particularly in the context of spine surgery rehabilitation, is highly desirable. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and experience in conducting community health outreach projects will give you an advantage in this role.

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
