Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to develop customized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities, enhancing the overall quality of care provided in the facility.
• Engage actively with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through routine communications to foster lasting professional relationships, which are crucial for maximizing patient referrals and satisfaction.
• Utilize clinical systems effectively to document patient care accurately and capture charges appropriately while ensuring compliance with all relevant state regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and drive metrics related to patient experience and satisfaction, making adjustments to treatment plans and processes as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry advancements by consistently referring to the Physical Therapy Guidebook, ensuring your practice aligns with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Mobility Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Must possess an active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required.
