Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify impairments, limitations, and functional capabilities.
• Design, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions and modalities tailored to individual patient needs to improve functional outcomes.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patients' progress and responses to therapies, adjusting treatment protocols as required to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and strategies for improving daily living activities, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
• Engage in regular meetings with healthcare colleagues to discuss patient progress and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in physical therapy practices and methodologies by participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Physical Momentum Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating after injuries. Our focus is on creating individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient, empowering them to overcome obstacles and regain their independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are preferred.
• Thorough understanding of human anatomy, therapeutic interventions, and clinical best practices.
• Proficient in assessing and treating a wide range of therapy diagnoses through evidenced-based methodology.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite to document patient care and communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Experience working with both pediatric and geriatric populations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
