Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for each patient, with a strong focus on early intervention techniques and same-day evaluations to facilitate timely progress.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations, demonstrating clinical accuracy and interpreting results based on established guidelines within the scope of licensure.
• Perform detailed chart reviews and data collection to ensure comprehensive tracking of patient progress and the effectiveness of treatment protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and specialists to discuss patient history, assess needs, and coordinate care strategies.
• Utilize and interpret medically complex diagnoses, radiology results, and understand contraindications and precautions to maintain patient safety throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with outpatient clients who are recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic conditions. Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, from athletes seeking rehabilitation to elderly clients in need of mobility assistance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking to navigate complex patient scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits

• Your annual salary will be between $120,000 to $130,000 , depending on your experience and the caseload.
