Position Overview

Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our rehabilitation facility in Plantation, Florida. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients facing recovery challenges due to illness, injury, or disability. As a Licensed PT, you will manage your own caseload while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Revive Active Action Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing individualized therapy plans that prioritize early intervention and same-day evaluations to expedite patient recovery.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a culture of teamwork that emphasizes quality care and exceptional patient outcomes while ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Identifying clinical improvement opportunities alongside the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to enhance service delivery and patient experiences.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources including employers, physicians, and payers through regular communication and engagement activities.
• Utilizing clinical systems proficiently to document therapy services accurately, manage billing procedures, and follow all relevant patient care orders effectively.
• Ensuring that all practices comply with the State Practice Act, rules and regulations, and workers' compensation regulations to uphold the integrity of our services.
• Driving patient satisfaction metrics by actively soliciting and incorporating patient feedback into service improvements.
• Contributing to the mastery and regular application of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensuring each patient visit meets our operational standards for excellence.
• Overseeing clinical outcomes with staff therapists and addressing any outlying cases to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
• Streamlining clinical workflows to enhance patient acquisition, expedite referral processing, and improve scheduling efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, from individuals recovering from surgery or injury to those with chronic conditions requiring ongoing rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems through logical analysis of relevant information.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude, enabling tactful and professional interactions with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation facility, showcasing an understanding of the multi-disciplinary approach in physical therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
