Key Responsibilities

• Engage in effective collaboration with healthcare professionals to assess patient history, needs, and treatment options.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of complex medical conditions, encompassing familiarity with lab results and contraindications to ensure patient safety.
• Design and implement innovative physical therapy programs for a varied caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients, demonstrating skill and efficiency.
• Manage clinical outcomes through continuous assessment and data analysis, proactively addressing outlier cases in collaboration with staff therapists.
• Streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient intake, referral processing, and scheduling, ensuring a seamless operational process.
• Conduct therapy interventions that focus on early intervention and immediate evaluation to enhance patient progression.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, children with developmental challenges, and adults facing neurological disorders. Each patient's rehabilitation program will be tailored to their specific challenges, considering their unique recovery goals and lifestyle demands.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
