Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and innovative treatment modalities to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify physical impairments, functional limitations, and any other challenges that may impact recovery.
• Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes systematically, ensuring compliance with department policies and enhancing accuracy in patient records.
• Utilize advanced software tools to objectively measure and analyze patient progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Advocate for patients by providing education on recovery processes, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices that facilitate long-term positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and optimize treatment strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our center supports patients of all ages, and your ability to adapt treatment strategies in accordance with each patient's developmental stage will be key. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Current active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida. A temporary permit is acceptable during the licensure process.
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior clinical experience in orthopedic settings, exposure to evidence-based practices, and familiarity with rehabilitation technologies will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
