Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Executing personalized therapy plans with a focus on early intervention, ensuring that each patient receives a same-day evaluation and timely implementation of therapy strategies.
• Conducting thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations to determine the effectiveness of treatment, interpreting results accurately within the scope of licensure.
• Performing diligent chart reviews and comprehensive data collection to maintain precise records of patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to share patient histories and address specific care needs.
• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of complex medical diagnoses, treatment guidelines, and precautionary measures to mitigate risks associated with therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from post-operative individuals to those with chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation. Our clientele includes elderly patients needing mobility assistance, athletes recovering from injuries, and those seeking pain management solutions. Your skill in tailoring therapy approaches to fit varying levels of patient capability will be crucial in enhancing their recovery experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential for effective patient interaction and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits
