Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care services. Our therapists collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure a multi-faceted approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs, with an emphasis on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Conduct thorough assessments to monitor patient progress, including range of motion and strength evaluations, documenting findings to guide ongoing treatment adjustments.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to alleviate pain and promote physical well-being, ensuring they understand the purpose and execution of each activity.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, effective exercise techniques, and personalized at-home exercise programs to support continuous improvement outside of therapy sessions.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to enhance treatment efficacy while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain an organized treatment environment by preparing therapy areas and managing equipment and supplies necessary for effective patient care.
• Provide emotional support and motivational encouragement, helping patients feel empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive relationship and atmosphere.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and respecting the rights and dignity of each patient.

Compensation and Benefits
