Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, focusing on providing services to patients in their homes. Working in a home care setting allows our therapists to create tailored environments that reflect the patients' unique lifestyles and needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of various modalities.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on the principles of injury prevention, effective home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications that promote optimal health.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, using established metrics and outcomes to inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stay informed about the latest physical therapy advancements, integrating new techniques and knowledge into your practice to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients span a wide range of demographics, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation from sports injuries. You will be working primarily with adults and seniors, customizing interventions that cater to their specific recovery processes. The goal is to optimize their physical capabilities and help them regain independence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid and current Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably with a focus on home care.
• Demonstrated ability to perform and evaluate a variety of therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for patient engagement and team collaboration.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
