Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through specialized therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities tailored to alleviate pain and promote physical rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home-based exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Administer various modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy as part of the therapeutic process.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are in order and readily accessible for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation, fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respecting patient rights and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
