Work Environment

This physical therapist role is based onsite in patients' homes across Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical abilities, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs to establish a baseline for customized treatment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies that encompass manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and the importance of adherence to rehabilitation protocols.
• Regularly document treatment progress and modify plans as necessary to optimize recovery and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance patient care solidifying a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and record accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, and chronic conditions that affect mobility and physical function. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
