As a member of our outpatient orthopedic team, you will work in a modern facility designed to foster collaboration and innovation. Open from Monday to Friday, our clinic operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, documenting findings to guide treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet specific needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using outcome measures to track patient progress and make evidence-based adjustments.
• Educate patients regarding their conditions and the techniques necessary for long-term wellness, empowering them with knowledge to aid their recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care and contribute to patient treatment discussions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adult patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitations, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits
