Work Environment

This position is located onsite in an outpatient clinic setting, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our clinic is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tools that will assist in efficient patient evaluations, treatments, and progress tracking. As a part of our home care division, you may also have opportunities to provide therapy in patients' homes, allowing for an enhanced focus on personalized rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient needs, utilizing therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
• Provide patients with education on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to facilitate long-term recovery and enhance their ability to maintain functional independence.
• Integrate advanced technologies and tools, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation where appropriate, into treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients with multi-faceted rehabilitation needs.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions to optimize care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our demographic typically encompasses adults, including athletes and elderly individuals, all seeking to maximize their range of motion and return to their daily activities. Your expertise in tailoring interventions to each patient's unique circumstances will help foster recovery and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, while a Master's or Doctorate in PT is preferred.
• Valid Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility is required.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for helping individuals restore their functional abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, where you have successfully treated similar patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document patient care efficiently.
• Experience in the utilization of evidence-based techniques and a strong focus on achieving measurable patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
