Work Environment

The role is based in our dynamic outpatient office in Las Vegas, a city known for its vibrant culture and thriving atmosphere. As a full-time physical therapist working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with patients in a supportive and resource-rich setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation requirements upon initial consultation.
• Create personalized evidence-based treatment plans that address individual patient goals while adhering to clinic protocols.
• Implement comprehensive therapy programs, which may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate effective recovery.
• Utilize Raintree software to maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers, fostering understanding of treatment protocols, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques.
• Continuously track patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on patient response and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients who are recovering from a range of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will be instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery process, utilizing your clinical expertise to help them achieve optimal functional outcomes. Your contributions will directly enhance patient satisfaction and ultimately aim to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Applicants must hold a current and active Physical Therapist license in Nevada or be eligible for licensure.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.
• Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to professional integrity and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role, particularly within an outpatient orthopedic setting, is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical recordkeeping systems, especially Raintree, is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
