Work Environment

Our facility in Las Vegas offers a vibrant and dynamic setting equipped with the latest therapy tools and technologies. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic and work alongside a passionate team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff. Your work schedule will follow a consistent Monday to Friday routine, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and gait training.
• Employ advanced modalities and rehabilitation equipment to enhance patient recovery and improve functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and practices to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment interventions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. This role allows you to make a significant impact on the quality of life of individuals dealing with musculoskeletal challenges while also promoting overall health and wellness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid Nevada physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• A strong focus on achieving positive patient outcomes and delivering personalized, compassionate care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing treatment plans and using patient engagement techniques would be advantageous.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems will facilitate smoother documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
