Work Environment

Our outpatient orthopedic clinic is designed for an engaging and collaborative work atmosphere, conducive to both patient care and professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their therapeutic needs and physical limitations.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to alleviate pain and restore functional mobility.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Foster a positive doctor-patient relationship by actively listening to concerns and motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their mobility and function. This includes working with a diverse population that ranges from athletes needing rehabilitation to seniors aiming to regain independence in daily activities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
