Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical performance to diagnose movement dysfunctions and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation strategies, integrating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to ensure optimal recovery.
• Guide and instruct patients during therapy sessions, providing clear and concise directions to facilitate progress.
• Regularly reassess patient progress, adjusting plans and interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance with facility standards and health regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will engage with a diverse patient population, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's Degree in a related field is required.
• A valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic is preferred and will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
