Work Environment

The therapy setting at our center is designed to foster collaboration and continuous learning among our staff. As an onsite facility, you will work directly with patients in a well-structured environment that emphasizes best practices in rehabilitation. The schedule is consistent, running Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance. You can expect a manageable caseload that enables you to devote the necessary time and attention to each patient, enhancing the overall quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations, setting realistic and achievable treatment goals tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to deliver effective treatment, focusing on restoring movement and function.
• Guide patients through personalized exercise programs designed to strengthen their muscles, improve flexibility, and promote independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to continuously evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Provide education to patients and their families about orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and strategies for prevention and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Perfect Balance Rehab Center, you will primarily work with patients recovering from various orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our focus is on restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for individuals of all ages. We value a patient-centered approach, which means you will be actively involved in discussing and shaping treatment plans that reflect each patient's personal goals and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of (or eligibility to obtain) a valid Nevada Physical Therapy license is necessary.
• A strong commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, showcasing a strong foundation in manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
• Experience with evidence-based practice in physical therapy and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation structure is competitive, with an annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
