Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility features modern, state-of-the-art equipment and ample space for conducting therapy sessions. Each treatment area is designed to promote patient comfort and facilitate effective rehabilitation. Working from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will enjoy a balanced work schedule that allows you to focus on your patients' needs while maintaining your own well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs through detailed evaluations and interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, modifying approaches as necessary to optimize patient recovery.
• Deliver therapy sessions incorporating a variety of modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education regarding condition management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in Raintree, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, recovery expectations, and preventive strategies to maintain long-term health.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adapting interventions to achieve the best rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages, from active teenagers recovering from sports injuries to older adults recovering from joint replacements. Your expertise will help these patients regain their independence and improve their function, contributing positively to their daily activities and overall lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with an active or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Demonstrated knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience utilizing electronic health records, preferably Raintree or similar systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
