Experienced Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist

Movement State Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our orthopedic outpatient facility located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities and physical health to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Apply advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to facilitate rehabilitation and improve overall patient mobility.
• Implement individualized therapy programs with clear objectives, regularly reassessing patient progress to adapt plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions and recovery strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment interventions, and outcomes using electronic medical record (EMR) systems (experience with WebPT is preferred).
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes, share best practices, and enhance team performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic, including athletes, post-operative individuals, and those recovering from workplace injuries. Your role will be crucial in helping them regain movement, lessen pain, and return to their desired activities. Understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by each patient will be key to customized and effective care.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR systems; familiarity with WebPT is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Previous work in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desired.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas (e.g., sports medicine, pelvic health) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
