Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, sport-specific evaluations and biomechanical assessments to identify each athlete's unique challenges and needs.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that focus on safe and effective return-to-sport strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and plyometric training, adapting techniques to meet individual goals.
• Collaborate closely with coaching staff, orthopedic physicians, and sports performance specialists to create a holistic approach to each athlete's recovery.
• Track patient progress and outcomes meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on observed improvements and feedback.
• Provide education to athletes and their families about injury prevention and management, empowering them to take control of their health journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a sports rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance incentives that recognize your contributions to our team and patient outcomes.
