Work Environment

This full-time position is set within a fast-paced, onsite rehabilitation center where teamwork and communication are integral to patient care. With work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will engage directly with patients in a fully equipped clinic that fosters a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients suffering from orthopedic conditions and devise individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of conditions, tailoring approaches to each patient's situation.
• Implement manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Provide education to patients regarding injury prevention strategies, optimal movement mechanics, and comprehensive home exercise programs to support their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic physicians and physician assistants, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Track patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize rehabilitation results and address any emerging issues.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), contributing to the continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest approaches and innovations in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is required for this role.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in an outpatient setting, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with patients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits
