Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations, utilizing advanced movement analysis techniques.
• Develop tailored treatment plans with specific, measurable goals, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Administer a variety of treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Provide clear education to patients and their families, explaining recovery strategies, rehabilitation processes, and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress using our intuitive electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans that optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest clinical techniques and fulfilling licensure renewal requirements through CEU participation.

Qualifications
