Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services tailored to individual patient needs across multiple clinic locations, ensuring high-quality care and maximum patient satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions aligned with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Work alongside clinic teams to provide seamless patient care, ensuring continuity of treatment regardless of staffing fluctuations.
• Educate patients and their families about their rehabilitation process, chronic pain management techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Mentor and support junior therapists and staff members, fostering a learning environment that enhances team capabilities.
• Uphold the highest standards of care, professionalism, and positive patient outcomes within all clinic locations.
• Travel between various clinics in Nevada as needed, with mileage and travel costs reimbursed by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Floater Physical Therapist at Royal Heights Rehabilitation Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of conditions, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. You will address the unique rehabilitation needs of each patient, helping them navigate their recovery journey and achieve optimal function.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada or the eligibility to obtain one.
• A flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to varying clinic locations and patient caseloads.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and treat a diverse range of physical therapy conditions effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with patients and collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in varied clinic environments.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
