Body and Spine PT is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role focuses on providing specialized care in our orthopedic outpatient practice located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to support the effective treatment of various orthopedic conditions. Working onsite allows our therapists to collaborate closely with physicians and the medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. In this flexible part-time position, you will typically work three days per week, with hours available between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients with orthopedic conditions, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and functional goals.

• Apply manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitative modalities to improve patient outcomes.

• Educate patients on proper movement mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and develop home exercise programs to enhance their recovery.

• Work in close collaboration with orthopedic physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Document patient progress and treatment in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Stay current on advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques into patient care as appropriate.

You will be working with a diverse and dynamic patient population that includes athletes seeking to recover from sports injuries, individuals navigating post-surgical rehabilitation, and patients with various orthopedic disorders. Your role is crucial in helping them regain functionality, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Nevada is essential.

• Applicants must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• The ability to create and implement targeted treatment plans based on clinical evaluations is essential.

• A genuine passion for assisting patients in achieving meaningful recovery and improved health outcomes is crucial.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, showcasing a robust background in dealing with sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
