Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, including analyzing medical histories and current health status.
• Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and progress.
• Utilize hands-on treatment techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, while integrating various modalities to enhance patient healing.
• Provide education to patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes and altering treatment plans as indicated to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare personnel to coordinate comprehensive care and adjust treatment methodologies as required.
• Maintain meticulous and current medical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and optimal treatment tracking.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices through continuing education, conferences, and networking, integrating new insights into patient care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
